Weddable is a Windows program that analyzes video, proposes a selection of clips and exports timelines for Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. It is offered by (Tax ID , , contact: [email protected]), hereinafter “the owner”.
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Weddable on your computers, according to the plan you have:
Ownership of the program remains with the owner. The code is not sold to you.
The video and audio material you analyze is yours (or your clients'). Weddable works on your computer, does not upload it to any server of the owner, and does not modify your original files: it reads the originals and creates preview copies and project files separately.
Scores, descriptions, discards and selections are automatic suggestions. They can be wrong, for example by discarding a shot you did want. The final decision is always yours. Review the result before delivering it to a client.
Weddable can detect faces and, if you use it, group those that appear to be the same person (people manager). This happens only on your computer and the data is stored inside your project. You decide whether to use that function and you are responsible for having the legal basis and the necessary permission of the people recorded, according to the regulations that apply to you (for example, the GDPR in the European Union).
Weddable includes or uses third-party components with their own licenses (full list in “Third-party licenses”). Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve are trademarks of their respective owners. Weddable is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
The owner may publish updates. The license covers the versions that your plan includes.
The program is offered as described. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that the law gives you, including the legal warranty of conformity of digital content, and nothing in this agreement limits them. In all other respects, and to the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data or time resulting from using the program. Back up your material and your projects. Total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for the license, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and where the law does not allow it to be limited.
The license lasts as long as you comply with this agreement. If you breach it, the owner may cancel it. Upon termination you must stop using the program. Your projects and files remain yours.
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply and you may go to the courts that correspond to you.
