Weddable works on your computer. Your videos, their frames, the AI descriptions and your projects are not sent to the owner or to any server. The program includes no telemetry or analytics.

In your user folder (`~/.automontaje`) and in your projects folder the following are stored: your projects and their analysis cache, your preferences, your license key and the trial day counter, and the acceptance of these texts. None of this leaves the computer. You can delete it whenever you want by deleting those folders.
The analysis is done by a model that runs on your computer through Ollama (`localhost`). The frames do not travel over the internet.
If you use the people manager, the program calculates face fingerprints to group the same person. This data may be considered biometric. It is stored only inside your project, on your computer. The owner does not access it. You decide whether to use the function and you are responsible for that processing toward the people recorded.
If you buy a license, we process your name, email, country and billing data to deliver the key, issue the invoice and provide support. Payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe acts as the authorized seller (merchant of record) and payment provider, calculates and collects the VAT, issues the invoice and is responsible for its own processing. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations (invoicing). We keep the data for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority of your country.
If we change this policy, we will show you in the program and ask you to accept it again if the change is significant.
