*Draft pending legal review. Version 2026-10-26.*
What you buy is kept in your Weddable account (your email) and is activated in the program when you link it. There is no physical delivery.
Hours are spent only the first time the program analyzes each video, according to its length. Re-analyzing it, editing or exporting doesn't spend hours. If you leave the Season without having a License, your hours are kept and you can use them when you have a plan again.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The VAT or equivalent tax that applies in your country is calculated and added at checkout, and the total appears on the payment screen before you confirm. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe acts as the authorized seller (merchant of record), collects the tax and issues the invoice or receipt, which you receive by email.
When you create your account you receive, once, 10 hours of analysis with all features, with no card. After that you can continue on the Free plan (with limits) or choose a plan. We recommend trying it before buying.
In addition to what the law says, we refund your money if you ask within 14 days of purchase; the hours from that purchase are removed from your account. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. If at checkout you request immediate access to the key and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered, that right ends at the moment of delivery. This consent will be expressly requested during the payment process.
The program must work as described. If it has a lack of conformity, you have the right to have it corrected, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract, according to the applicable consumer law. Write to [email protected] and we will resolve it.
The License includes one year of updates; the Season, all of them while it is active. Support is provided by email at [email protected].
Write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also go to the consumer bodies of your country.
